Ok, let's getting started with how to make these crockpot freezer meals!
Brown Sugar & Garlic Pork Loin
- 2 lb pork loin
- 4 teaspoons minced garlic
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 5 tablespoons canola oil
First put all ingredients in your gallon size freezer bag and place in the freezer. Then when you're ready to cook it, place in the crock pot cover and cook on low for a cook time of 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours. We ate this with roasted carrots and potatoes. It was very yummy!
Creamy Salsa Chicken Crock Pot Freezer Meal
- 4-6 chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 16 oz salsa
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can of black beans
Put all ingredients in your freezer bag and place in the freezer. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours. Once it is cooked, shred the chicken and mix together.
We added cooked rice to the crockpot and mixed it all together. Then we topped it with crushed lime tortilla chips, cheese, sour cream, and diced avocado. Of course I added hot sauce! This was so good and the kids gobbled it up, too!
Chicken & Gravy
- 4-6 chicken breasts
- 2 chicken gravy mixes
- 1 cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ½ cup sour cream (add once it is cooked before serving)
Add all ingredients to your freezer bag except the sour cream and put in the freezer. Place everything in your crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours. Once cooked shred the chicken and stir in the sour cream.
We ate this over rice with peas. However, I am thinking we might try this with noodles or mashed potatoes nest time!
Ranch Pork Chops
- 4-6 pork chops
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 packet of ranch dressing mix
Put all ingredients in your freezer bag and place in the freezer. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours. Once cooked shred the pork chops. We ate this with mashed potatoes and black eyed peas. However, you could even do rice, too. This was delicious.
Balsamic Chicken
- 4-6 chicken breasts
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 16 oz salsa
Put all ingredients in your freezer bag and place in the freezer. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours. Once cooked, shred the chicken. We ate this with rice and green beans. It was a delicious and healthy meal!
We love chicken sandwiches, so next time we are going to serve it on buns and eat it with a salad.
BBQ Quinoa Sloppy Joes
- 2 lbs ground beef, turkey, or chicken (I pick whatever is the cheapest)
- ¾ cup uncooked quinoa
- 1 chopped onion
- ¾ cup water
- 1 cup shredded carrots (I used the bagged matchstick carrots to save time!)
- 1 cup ketchup
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- ¾ cup BBQ sauce
- ½ teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Place all ingredients in your freezer bag. You can put the meat in your freezer bag raw or cooked, its totally up to you.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours. Once cooked, break up your meat if you put it in raw. We ate this on hamburger buns with French fries because what else would you eat with sloppy joes?
Raspberry Chipotle Pulled Chicken
- 4-6 chicken breasts
- 1 cup raspberry jam
- 7 oz can of chipotle peppers
Place all ingredients in your freezer bag and place in the freezer. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours. Once cooked shred your chicken.
We ate this topped with cheese and diced avocado and we also had a salad. If you have left overs, you could top a salad, make a wrap or even do a chicken sandwich for lunch the next day! This one is a little spicy, but it is SO good!
Beef & Cheese Pasta
- 2 lbs ground beef, turkey, or chicken (again I buy whatever is cheapest)
- 1 diced onion

- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 beef boullion cubes
- 2 cups spinach
- penne pasta
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese
Place all ingredients except the pasta and cheese in your freezer bag and place in the freezer. Don't forget the ground meat can be put in your bag cooked or raw. Place ingredients in your crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
If you put your meat in raw you'll want to break it up once it's cooked. After the cooking time, add the cooked pasta to the crockpot along with your cheese and mix together before serving. We ate this just as it is and it was delicious. We also had a salad. My family is crazy about their salad!
Chicken Spaghetti
- 4-6 chicken breasts
- 1.5 cups frozen seasoning blend
- 1 small can diced green chilies

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Spaghetti noodles, cooked
- 3 cheddar cheese
First pace all ingredients in your freezer bag (except the pasta and cheese) and place in the freezer. Then cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours. Can I make these meals in the instant pot?
Yes, all these meals can be made in the instant pot instead of the crock pot. You will need to add at least 1 cup of water or broth to the instant pot with the freezer meals so that the instant pot can come to pressure.
Then simply cook it for the amount of time you would normally use for the protein in that recipe.
How long will they last in the freezer?
As long as these meals are stored correctly in the freezer, they should last for 3-6 months! Make sure you download our FREE Freezer cooking guide.
